Ana Maria Cristina Polo Gonzalez is a TV arbitrator for Caso Cerrado. She also hosts Ana Polo Rules. Ana was born in Havana Cuba with her mother and father at 2 years old, moved to Miami together with the family. The birthplace of Ana Maria Polo was Habana, Cuba, Ana Maria Polo is the host of the well-known Telemundo program "Caso Cerrado" which is the first Spanish programming to be nominated for a Daytime Entertainment Emmy(r) Award, and in 2015 ranked as the number one Spanish-language program at 4pm across the key demos. Polo was born on April 11 of 1959, in Havana, Cuba and went on to study at Florida International University, where she earned a bachelor's diploma in political sciences. After earning her PhD from the University of Miami she practiced law in Miami for nearly 20 years. After earning her PhD from the University of Miami in law and practicing law at the bar in Miami city for 20 years. Polo was the first to make an appearance on television in 2001, as part of Telemundo's Sala de Parejas. Her legal expertise was also employed for other court-related programs. Literature Accolades and Literary works In 1958, Polo published her book Los Hijos Muertos. It won both the Critic's Prize for Literature, as well as the Spanish National Prize for Literature. Ana Maria Matute arrived in the United States of America from Spain, 1960. Polo is a breast cancer survivor who frequently raises money for this causes and gives speeches at parties. Polo has been a vocal activist for LGBT rights her entire career. She is a lawyer from the University of Miami School of Law as well as also a Florida Bar Member.
